I’m Adlina, owner of stylishgeeks.net, carameltoffee.net, and junjou.info/.org and booklyhour.com. Before you ask, I must clarify that I am not an IT student (I get the question a lot) nor am I a design student and anything that has to do with IT. I’m just a mere teacher trainee pursuing a bachelor degree in TESOL - Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages. In Malaysian context, let’s just call it TESL (Teaching English As A Second Language).

I’m a current student of the University of Auckland, New Zealand. So if you want me to buy anything for you while I’m here, ask away. No, I’m not kidding! Seriously. But you’ll have to give me the money. Hehe… Trust me, the Gov isn’t giving enough for us to live every month. Working is very, very, very important.

I like web and graphic designing, and web programming intrigues me. (If only I’m studying web programming…) . I’m in love with writing, and I adore reading novels, motivational and self-help books whenever I have the time. I follow technology and gadget-related news and alerts very closely, solely because I’m very interested in them. In addition, I also love photography. I don’t mind splurging on a good camera, but only if I can afford them.

After reading this, some of you might think that I’m enrolled in the wrong course because of my list of interests, no? Don’t worry if you think so. I’m not offended. I get that a lot - even my Mama told me that. And sometimes, I feel that way too. But I have no regrets. I love my course! I have great friends as coursemates, though the management of the local teacher training institute we’re temporarily at sucks big time.

I love the colours black and purple. I used to like pink, but that’s during my adolescent days. Now I don’t mind any colours, but black remains on top of my list.

I absolutely abhor and loathe vegetables. I can’t even eat a small (almost invisible) bite of them. I’d notice right away that the ‘thing’ has just touched my tastebud.

To end things off, I love blogging and collecting domain names just for the fun of it.
